Jammu, Mar 25 (KNO): Peoples Conference president and MLA Handwara Sajad Gani Lone on Tuesday asked the Speaker to inform him about status of his resolutions on Article 370 and shifting back of PSA detainees lodged in jails outside J&K. Lone argued that he was entitled to be informed about their status under the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the J & K Legislative Assembly. As soon as proceedings of the Assembly began, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Lone alleged that he was not informed about status of his resolutions on Article 370 and PSA detainees, “I have not been informed about these resolutions. I have to be informed about both admitted as well as disallowed resolutions,” Lone said, adding that he has to be informed about them by virtue of Rule 179 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the J & K Legislative Assembly. Later, the Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather told him that he will be informed about them—(KNO)
